Insurance Navy Brokers

Here are a few highlights from different types of projects that I have worked on including social media, printed materials, and digital designs. Since I've created so much content only a select few projects are able to be shown. I am more than willing to expand on any projects mentioned as well as providing additional projects upon request.

Social Media

As the manager of social media, that includes creating content across many different platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and Tik Tok. This includes looking at the analytics and the performance of individual posts to spot trends and better understand what topics are engaging to our audience. I use this data to create a monthly content calendar so I can create a tangible 'To-Do' list for our social media accounts. I will highlight Instagram and Tik Tok because they are the most successful overall.

Instagram

Our Instagram account is our main social media account that has the most consistency. What I notice is that our "Myth or Fact" posts are the most engaged with. I will take the time to communicate with our Insurance Agents to see what questions clients are asking as well as what people are inquiring about online. This example is a "Myth or Fact" post that highlights night time driving and the fear associated with getting behind the wheel.

Other well received posts are illustrated tip posts in which they go more in depth about a specific topic or situation. In this example, it highlights best practices and tips in regards to driving during spring break.

Tik Tok

Tik Tok content has been a platform we have pivoted towards within the last year with it's rise in popularity as well as short form content. I've been involved in every step of the way when it comes to our content including brainstorming, script writing, acting, filming, lighting, editing, and caption writing.

The content with the most consistent organic views and interactions have been where I explored an interesting aspect of automotive history. In this example, was the creation of the children's car seat and how it wasn't always a safety feature.

We've also jumped on a few of the up and coming trends to promote our brand, asked our agents questions our clients consistently inquire about, and highlight different locations that we have across the United States.

Printed Materials

As well as social media content, I've worked on various printed materials that will be given to client as well as internal materials. These can range from flyers, hour signs for locations, business cards, as well as marketing materials promoting our Roadside Assistance Program and Every Door Direct Mailers (EDDMS).

Roadside Assistance Poster

Within the recent months, the company as a whole wants to push Roadside Assistance as an easy upsell add on to auto insurance policies. What we discovered is clients are unsure what is included in roadside assistance so a poster infographic was created to easily explain the services as well as highlighting all of the different insurances offered.

Every Door Direct Mailer (EDDM)

Another marketing campaign implemented at Insurance Navy Brokers has been EDDMs in which I designed to get our name to our desired demographic. In this example, we've expanded into the Las Vegas market and opened our first location in Nevada. It features a QR code in which we can track the number of scans in relation to our conversion rate. On the backside, we translated the design into Spanish to better reach the community we want to help.

Digital Designs

Besides printed materials, web design mockups is also a large part of the job. With always wanting to have a modern website that is on trend within the insurance industry, I've created mockups of what we want our website to look like as well as illustrate graphics for our blog.

Web Design

This  is a mockup for our Glossary page of insurance terms on both desktop and mobile that we send to our web developer, it can be created, and then would be on the live site which you can see here. I have to keep in mind functionality and the end user to create the layout for the site.

Blog Post Thumbnails

To help with SEO ranking, Insurance Navy has a blog in which we dive deep into commonly asked questions. With each blog post, I've designed a thumbnail image that encapsulates the information in a fun illustrated way that fits the branding of Insurance Navy Brokers as well as matching our social media content.
