Lakeview Smiles Dental Office

Events And Openings

One of my biggest projects at Lakeview Smiles was creating flyers, physical and digital, for events. These ranged from Invisalign Day, to New Patient Specials, and two grand openings. These are just a few examples from these events.

For Invisalign Day, I created a large window vinyl for each of our locations, as well has a standing banner stand that was in the specific location the event was in.  The photo used in both is our actual orthodontist holding an Invisalign tray. It highlights a special discount on the overall price, x-rays, and drinks as well. This event was successful and we had every timeslot for a consultation booked on that day. At the day of the event, we also handed out a flyer for our Midway office since it just opened and we wanted to promote our new patient specials.

The first location I helped design materials for the grand opening was our Midway office, which features a living moss wall in the main lobby. I wanted to use that element on a Instagram post and this same graphic was sent out via email and text campaign to our patients. We wanted to keep it true to our gold and charcoal branding, while highlighting the main piece of our lobby in our new office.

The second location I assisted with was our Edgewater location, and this was our flyer I designed and had printed in which we handed to all of our patients between all of our other three locations as well as went door to door to neighboring business to invite the staff into our new dental home. This one featured a QR code to RSVP since the Midway flyer didn't. This way we could have a  much better gauge on how many people to expect and offers a map so our guests know exactly where to find us.

Gift Cards

When we had an Orthodontist join our team, we decided it was important to make sure her schedule was filled so she could connected with the community. With that, I was tasked to design gift cards we can hand out to our patients that inquired about starting orthodontic treatment. I made a version that was a physical card as well has a digital version for an email campaign.

Reviews

Reviews are always important to a business especially to dental offices, as well as giving back to the community. I decided to present an idea to kill two birds with one stone by creating a review incentive for our patients by donating to PAWS Chicago for every review we got within a month. We raised over $250 for getting 5 star reviews. This design was placed in each dental operatory in a stand so patients could scan as they finish their appointment and leave a review while it is fresh in their mind.

In those same stands, since they were two sided, featured another design about our orthodontics we offer. It features a QR code so they can book a virtual consultation with our orthodontist. This way the patient can talk to a specialist while being respectful of their schedule.

If patients didn't feel comfortable leaving a review publicly, I designed a review comment card that they could choose to fill out. This way we can respect their privacy which is so important in the medical field but we still could get feedback and see where we could improve the experience.
